Your mission
- Support ongoing accounting tasks, including AR, AP, and general ledger
- Review and post invoices, receipts, and bank transactions in multiple currencies
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (HGB & IFRS)
- Reconcile accounts, manage dunning, and ensure accurate account maintenance
- Prepare VAT returns and financial/tax reports
- Collaborate closely with tax advisors and auditors
- Help with in-house payroll processing
Your profile
- You have completed commercial training or hold a qualification as a tax clerk.
- You have solid knowledge of accounts payable and receivable booking.
- You confidently handle VAT matters and ensure correct postings.
- You are fluent in German and have good English skills.
- You are familiar with German tax law and payroll processes.
- You have a strong accounting foundation and experience with tools like DATEV, SAP, or Lexware.
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- You have a careful, structured, and reliable working style.
- You are a team player with strong communication skills and a high sense of personal responsibility.
