Your role:
As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level support to two Vice Presidents on the Global Value Demonstration Market Access and Pricing (GVAP) Leadership Team. This role involves proactively planning and executing GVAP support needs, using advanced administrative skills while managing contacts with diplomacy. You'll be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, gaining comprehensive experience in organizational policies and procedures. Responsibilities include managing regional meetings, coordinating with team members, departmental efficiency, and maintaining complex administrative systems. You will submit budget requisitions in the SAP system, ensuring all vendors are paid promptly while tracking POs and invoices. Additionally, you'll handle travel arrangements, process expense reports, track important documents, and support various projects, all while working collaboratively and independently to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of initiatives.
Who you are:

  • 5
  • years of experience supporting senior-level management, preferably in global organizations.
  • Preferred proficiency in software for travel and expense management, scheduling, and budgetary control.
  • Desirable experience in planning and coordinating large-scale events and project management.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of SAP/ARIBA and Purchase Order (PO) creation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and work independently while collaborating with other administrative assistants.
  • Demonstrates discretion, judgment, tact, diplomacy, superior customer service skills, effective networking, and strong attention to detail.
