About The Role
FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Business Analyst to work for our client within the finance sector. This is initially an 8-month contract with the potential to extend and will be a fully remote role.
As a Business Analyst you will be an integral part of our client’s dynamic team, working collaboratively to ensure the success of their projects and initiatives. You will be responsible for managing end to end data projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects with an element of project management, ensuring successful delivery through Change Advisory Boards.
- Oversee testing processes, analyse testing outputs, and manage production releases, defect management, and reporting.
- Work with teams to capture requirements for APIs and analyse data, primarily in JSON format.
- Utilise Tableau for data visualisation and analysis (end user of).
- Write and compile requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of project needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies.
- Maintain excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Work collaboratively within an Agile environment to achieve project goals.

Requirements
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proven experience in compiling requirements and managing delivery through various phases of the project lifecycle.
- Experience in overseeing testing, production releases, defect management, and reporting.
- Proficiency in working with APIs and analysing data in JSON format.
- Experience with Tableau for data visualisation and analysis.
