COMPLIANCE MANAGER SENIOR (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities

As Senior Compliance Manager, 360 Treasury Systems AG (360T AG), you are responsible for overseeing an organization's compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will ensure that the company operates within legal and ethical boundaries and that risks are managed effectively. This role requires a combination of legal, regulatory, and business acumen, as well as strong leadership and communication. You will support the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of 360T AG regarding the following:

• Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and programs to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and assess the company's compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance on compliance matters.
• Investigate and respond to reports of compliance violations and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with senior management, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to address compliance issues and develop effective compliance strategies.
• Development, coordination and maintenance of 360T AG’s outsourcing oversight function according to the applicable outsourcing policy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to the company's board of directors and executive leadership.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations.

Your profile

• State Examination or equivalent degree in law (LLM or Master of Business law).
• Ideally, at least 5 years of professional experience - if possible, from the area banks focusing Compliance.
• Previous experience in a compliance role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Strong consulting skills, above-average communication and conflict resolution skills.
• High degree of independence, process orientation, analytical and conceptual skills.
• Decision-making ability and results orientation.
• High ethical standards and a commitment to integrity and transparency.
• Team spirit.
• Stylistically appropriate German and fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office products & other Compliance investigative tools.
