Job Description
This position is responsible for ensuring the availability and continuity of the Continental Cooperation Portal. The Continental Cooperation Portal is a platform used for multi-party software development and Integration.
Serve the Product Owner & Project Manager by ensuring common understanding within the team on the project’s goals
Assist in creating Epic’s stories and tasks as well as maintaining the Project Backlog
Host the Agile ceremonies for the project.
Coaching the team in self-organization for tasks and issues
Providing regular reports on project progress
Qualifications
Academic degree in information technology (Master) or comparable qualification
Long Term professional experience in information technology or comparable
Experience in leading a Scrum team or as a Scrum master in a large project
Safe Agile experience
Certification as a Scrum Master
Experience in using Jira, Confluence, and other tools necessary for Agile project management
MS- Windows, Linux, Microsoft Office
Excellent English written and spoken (optional: Basic German, Korean, Japanese, Chinese)
Good communication skills, experience in writing documentation for different purposes
