YOUR TASKS
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with a focus on timely and effective resolution
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance to customers operating our global fleet of mobile robots
- Maintain a knowledge base for customers and internal support resources
- Collect and document customer feedback to help shape product improvements and the overall user experience
- Monitor robot performance using our Key Performance Indicators
- Conduct trainings for customers, partners, and employees
- Execute and monitor quality tests with the robots on our test site
YOUR PROFILE
- Passionate about Robotics and interested in working in a start-up
- Independent way of working and trustworthy attitude
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- You are able to work onsite in our office in Darmstadt regularly
HELPFUL ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Further language skills in German, Chinese, French, Spanish or Italian are an advantage
- A degree in a field of Engineering / IT would be helpful
- Experience with ROS, Linux, C++ and/or Python is a plus
