Digital Marketing Internship
Join Planon as a Digital Marketing Intern in Nijmegen, starting September 2025. At Planon, you have the opportunity to make a direct impact within a small, dedicated team. During this internship, you'll engage in brainstorming sessions, improvement projects, search engine optimization (SEO) and advertising (SEA), and email marketing. Our Digital Marketing team handles all global digital marketing activities, including maintaining and optimizing websites, managing social media, and overseeing operational marketing tools. Prepare to learn how to optimize digital channels for business growth. As an intern, you'll be involved in:
- Learning, developing, and getting acquainted with the business world.
- Working with our innovative and awesome marketing tech stack to learn all ins and outs about marketing automation, website management and paid advertising.
- Researching and optimizing marketing technology tools (MarTech) to improve processes and results.
- Creating and managing digital content using our CMS (content management system), paid advertisements, and social media channels.
- Participating in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to develop creative marketing strategies.

This internship is based at our headquarters in Nijmegen, easily accessible by public transport. Our colleagues work hybrid but enjoy coming to the office, which is seen as a 'green' clubhouse where different cultures come together. During this internship, you'll be part of the Global Digital Marketing team This team consists of eleven colleagues who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, as digital marketing evolves daily. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of professionals within the Global Marketing team, with English as the main language. Your internship supervisor is an experienced Online Marketer who will guide and support you throughout your internship.

- HBO education in Marketing, Communication, or International Business Management.
- Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Dutch is a plus but not required.

- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and excel in this field.
