Dentsply Sirona is looking for a:
Digital Specialist Northestern Region
who will be responsible for promoting and selling the products from the Suresmile and Digital Impression lines and will provide support to the direct sales team for the promotion of Digital Impression. This person will also provide dentists with advice on the proper use of the promoted products, demonstrating their clinical potential and increasing their business volume. The reference territory is the North Eastern Region of Italy.
Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the products from the Suresmile and Digital Impression lines.
• Plan and execute the sales strategy by acquiring new customers.
• Implement services for using the reference products.
• Support the direct sales force in promoting Digital Impression products.
• Provide on-site and online training for both internal company staff and customers.
• Offer practical consulting (including on-site), assist customers with platform management, and support sales and after-sales activities.
• Define, plan, and execute a customer growth experience for their clinical, organizational, communication, and product promotion development.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience and guide the growth curve through all stages of implementation.
• Continuously monitor data, results, and follow-up activities.

Requirements

• Degree in scientific or healthcare fields.
• 5 years of experience in structured companies promoting high-tech products. Experience in the dental sector, digital orthodontics, or fixed orthodontics is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Excellent knowledge of computers and basic software.
• Willingness to travel.
• Commercial attitude, customer-oriented, and sales-focused.
• Ability to work independently and target-driven.
• Strong planning, organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Residence: Belluno, Trento or Pordenone.
