We are seeking a highy qualified and dedicated Head of Compliance Investigations & Case Management (all genders) to lead a team of experts responsible for overseeing and leading the company's efforts to investigate potential violations of laws, regulations, or company policies across its global operations. This includes managing a team of investigators, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, conducting thorough and objective investigations, and collaborating with various stakeholders such as legal, HR, and internal audit teams.
Key Deliverables:
Manage and lead the Global Compliance Investigations´ team, provide guidance and support to the CoE Investigations´experts assiting the LE teams conducting investigations.
Conduct legal assessments of reported misconducts, as well as supervise and manage internal compliance investigations on a global level and across all business sectors.
Foster collaboration and communication within LE and with other functions, such as HR and the business.
Lead and support with further developing, maintaining, and training our internal investigation and case management processes and standards.
Provide timely, added-value and risk-based guidance and support for Compliance Investigations.
Ensure that Compliance Investigations are conducted with high quality in a diligent and timely manner
Who you are:
Above bachelor’s degree in law/related to law or Master of Business Administration preferred
Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
Minimum 7 years working experience in multinational company compliance or law firm
Good understanding of business processes
Familiarity with multinational corporate compliance culture
Have knowledge in anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and regulations
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively across a diverse, highly-matrixed organization
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
Strong motivation and ability to foster and develop a comprehensive compliance program
High team orientation
Working experience in pharma industry is a plus
Good written and oral communication skills in English
