Are you passionate about the Automotive Industry? Do you thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a dedicated and innovative "Head of Law Corporate and M&A" (m/f/diverse) to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:

• All corporate law matters, especially regarding the annual shareholders‘ meeting, advice to the executive board, supervisory board and its committees
• Advice on capital market requirements, including its compliance, as well as on corporate governance and finance activities
• All legal advice regarding mergers, acquisitions and divestment
• Global responsibility for "corporate housekeeping activities" for all affiliates
• Leading a team of fully qualified lawyers (m/f/d)

Ihr Profil

If you are a motivated fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with

• Significant experiences in corporate law and M&A
• Proven strong leadership skills
• Several years of experience as an in-house counsel
• Excellent understanding of economic contexts
• Excellent communication skills in German and English in written and spoke
• An independent work style and being a team player
• Strong ownership and convincing appearance
