Jouw rol in het team

- bent coördinator in geval van bedrijfsongevallen, voert onderzoek uit naar de oorzaak (RCA) en stelt verbeter voorstellen op
- staat in contact met instanties met betrekking tot Arbo-veiligheid en keuringsinstanties
- maakt onderdeel uit van het managementteam Benelux
Wie zoeken wij
- bezit een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Hogere Veiligheidskunde of vergelijkbare opleiding
- minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen een productieomgeving
- ervaring met elektrotechnische Installaties (NEN 3140) en/of ervaring met werken op hoogtes
- analytisch sterk, omgevingsbewust en pragmatisch ingesteld
- werkt planmatig, zeer accuraat en reageert adequaat op situaties
- ervaring met verander- en cultuurmanagement en toont doorzettingskracht
- uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden zowel in het Nederlands als Engels
- kennis van de Duitse taal is een pre
- bereid tot reizen (voornamelijk binnen Nederland)
- bent in het bezit van rijbewijs

Pay Range: $30 to $35 an hour
As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will:
- Approach all tasks and situations with a safety-first mindset, ensuring the well-being of yourself and your team.

- Engage in a wide range of electrical and mechanical tasks with minimal supervision.

- Working at heights of up to 80-100 feet while wearing fall-arrest gear and other PPE.
- Lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
