Your Job

Administrative support of employees and executives in all HR topics from hiring to resignation:
Advice and proactive support in all HR-related processes such as onboarding, annual appraisals, bonus and target agreements, transfers, departures
Preparation of employment contracts and certificates
Correspondence and communication with health insurance funds, social insurance institutions, public offices and authorities
Employee support and advice in payroll accounting, tax and social security issues
Collaboration in the creation of personnel statistics
Support in the implementation of a new HR Information System (Workday)
Collaboration in global HR projects and topics
Presence at the Bad Homburg location

Your Profile

Commercial training with several years of professional experience in personnel processing / HR department
Current knowledge of labour, social and wage tax law
Understanding and/or experience regarding HR processes and procedures
Safe handling of common software
Conscientious and discreet handling of confidential data
Very precise, responsible and systematic working method
Ability to work in a team, reliability, flexibility and resilience
Native German speaker; very good knowledge of English
