Your mission

Are you passionate about human resources and administrative support? We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager & Administration Specialist to join our headquarters in Darmstadt, Germany. In this dual role, you will report directly to the CEO and drive HR initiatives to foster a vibrant workplace culture and attract top-tier talent while ensuring seamless HR administrative operations.

Your profile

You thrive in dynamic environments and possess a genuine passion for HR management and administrative support. Key qualifications and attributes include:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Initial professional experience in HR management and administrative support, preferably in a tech company.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • High levels of empathy and alignment with our company’s culture and vision.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Solution-oriented mindset, reliability, and proactive approach to work.
  • Initiative and autonomy in generating and implementing ideas.

Your Responsibilities Include:
HR Management (60%):

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Conduct regular feedback meetings to assess team members’ strengths and potential, devising tailored development plans.
  • Implement initiatives for both team and individual personnel development, in collaboration with the board and back office.
  • Develop strategies to support our corporate culture and enhance employer branding efforts.
  • Organize engaging team events to foster camaraderie and strengthen our company culture.

HR Administration (40%):

  • Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, handling HR correspondence, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Organize and maintain confidential HR documents, reports, and files, ensuring timely access to necessary information.
  • Serve as the primary communication liaison between HR and internal/external stakeholders, conveying messages, requests, and directives effectively.
  • Conduct research and support the board of management on various HR topics, especially regarding international expansion and related legal aspects.
