HR Representative, Benefits and Training (m/f/d)

Maxon is seeking a motivated HR Representative, Benefits and Training to join our HR department. As a specialist, you will collaborate closely with our HR Business Partners, Payroll team, and other stakeholders across the business to design and implement employee engagement initiatives.

What you will do:

Coordinate and administer implementation and management of global employee benefits and training programs. Ensure these are competitive, sustainable, and aligned with company goals
Gather, analyze and report employee data for budget creation, support on ESG and Sustainability reports for Nemetschek parent company
Support presentation preparation with employee data for executive meetings and other events and serve HR internal as a point of contact for communicating changes and updates to employees, ensuring clarity and understanding across all levels.
Spearhead global initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement and culture, measuring their impact and success.
Create and maintain efficient HR workflows, ensuring they are well-documented, agreed upon, and communicated effectively to facilitate smooth operations within the global HR team.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field
First professional experience in a HR administration role in an international corporate environment
Skilled at structuring inititives
Very good communication skills, including public speaking and writing in English, German skills are a plus
Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally initial experience in the use of a standard HRIS
Skilled at building relationships quickly across all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently, self-managing and taking ownership of work
