Inhouse Legal Counsel as Business Partner (m/f/d) - Corporate Legal Affairs

The Chairman’s Office Europe and North Africa (COE) is supporting and coordinating our operating units, R&D centers, and representative offices across Europe and North Africa with corporate functions and services. Your profile
- Fully qualified lawyer with substantial experience.
- Deep knowledge in EU corporate law. Familiar with local and international corporate laws and regulations in COE perimeter.
- Extensive experience in a similar senior role, ideally for about 5 / 7 years.
- Experienced in an international working environment. Ability to establish and maintain good working relations within a multicultural environment.
- Strong team spirit, flexibility, ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Fluent English. German proficiency. Proficiency in another EU language is a plus.
