IT Consultant Crew Planning (m/f/diverse)

Our team is responsible for the IT solutions for the Lufthansa Group's cabins and cockpit crews. One focus is on the area of crew planning. This multi-layered, complex area is a key success factor for economical and stable flight operations.
In this exciting environment, you will solve challenging tasks with a lot of creative freedom:
You will work on challenging, group-wide implementation and development projects to modernize crew planning IT
Together with your specialist colleagues, you will analyze business processes and advise on the adaptation of framework conditions and processes
You will independently develop solutions in extensive configuration and rule languages in order to quickly adapt the systems to dynamic technical requirements
You drive the digitalization of flight operations through the use of new optimization processes and systems and thus make a significant contribution to cost-efficient and stable flight operations

Ihr Profil

You have a degree (business informatics, computer science, possibly mathematics) or an equivalent international degree with professional experience and bring the following points with you:
Very good analytical skills
Enjoy translating technical requirements into structured standard languages
Knowledge and practical experience in project management desirable
Good knowledge and practical experience with the Python programming language and/or related programming languages
Knowledge of test management advantageous
Practical experience in agile approaches
Good presentation and moderation skills as well as social and consulting skills
Ability to collaborate across disciplines and strong service orientation
Enthusiasm, initiative & willingness to innovate
Fluent German & very good written & spoken English skills
