Now, with the introduction of "Brain 1," we are launching an innovative brain-training app that merges entertainment with cognitive development. This app offers a dynamic mix of scientifically grounded mini-games, customized training plans, and an engaging design, aiming to become a go-to tool for mental fitness in both personal and professional spheres - and this is where you come in!
Your Mission
As a Marketing Specialist (m/f/d), you will be the creative force behind the marketing strategy of "Brain 1." You will drive and execute innovative campaigns to boost the app's visibility, attract new users, and ensure lasting customer engagement.
- Develop a marketing strategy: Create a comprehensive marketing roadmap to successfully launch the app and boost its recognition.
- Digital campaigns: Plan, create, and analyze performance-driven marketing campaigns (SEA, social media, email marketing, etc.) to acquire and retain users.
- Content creation: Coordinate the creation of creative content (texts, videos, graphics) for various platforms that emotionally engage users and provide added value.
- Market research & trends: Analyze the market, competitors, and relevant trends to continuously optimize marketing efforts and identify new opportunities.
- PR & Influencer marketing: Develop PR campaigns and build partnerships with relevant influencers and media outlets to enhance our visibility.
- App Store Optimization (ASO): Ensure "Brain 1" is optimally presented in app stores to maximize discoverability and download numbers.
- Community management: Engage with our community, gather feedback, and help build a loyal user base.
Your skills
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in the app or SaaS sector.
- Strong understanding of online marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Analytics, etc.).
- A combination of creativity and analytical thinking - you enjoy bringing new ideas to the table and can validate them with data.
- Experience in developing and executing performance marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in working in a dynamic start-up environment.
- Passion for topics like cognitive fitness, brain training, or personal development is a plus.
