The Adam Hall Group is a leading manufacturer of event technology and offers innovative solutions for professional audio, lighting, stage and event technology. As National Account Manager (m/f/d) you should have a successful track record as a sales professional demonstrating a strong understanding of audio and lighting equipment within our industry. Your responsibilities will include organizing product demonstrations, discuss customer projects and providing expert advice on the best solutions for their needs.
These are your tasks:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs while providing expert sales support and technical advice in pro audio, lighting, and stage equipment.
- Drive revenue growth and enhance Adam Hall Group’s brand visibility within your territory.
- Analyze customer needs and challenges to deliver tailored solutions from our product portfolio.
- Manage and qualify customer inquiries, offering guidance and effectively closing sales projects.
- Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and international exhibitions.
Anforderungen
What you bring with you:
- EDUCATION: Degree in related areas but with strong commercial acumen combined with excellent technical proficiency.
- EXPERIENCE: Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of success. Experience in simulation and visualization of audio or stage lighting systems is a valuable advantage.
- KNOW-HOW: In-depth industry expertise in event and stage technology, including system integration and product knowledge.
- SOFT SKILLS: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Collaborative team player, driven by a shared enthusiasm for event technology and self-motivated with a high level of personal responsibility and initiative.
- OTHERS: Proficient in PC use, with solid skills in MS Office applications. Possession of a full, clean driving license and willingness to travel frequently, including regular overnight stays.
