**Stellenübersicht
Als Operations Coordinator sind Sie für die Verwaltung der Logistik und des Fulfillments zuständig und spielen eine Schlüsselrolle in den eCommerce-Operationen von Toddlekind, einschließlich der Verwaltung von Shopify und anderen Plattformen. Sie überwachen den gesamten Prozess von der Bestellabwicklung bis hin zum Versand und arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen, einschließlich Lagerhäusern und dem IT-Team, zusammen.
**Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
- eCommerce & Fulfillment-Systemmanagement: Überwachung der Fulfillment-Operationen auf Plattformen wie Shopify und Amazon, Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Bestellabwicklung.
- Globale Logistikkoordination: Verwaltung der Logistik für EU- und internationale Sendungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Spediteuren.
- Systemintegration: Sicherstellung der Synchronisierung von Lagerbeständen, Bestellmanagement und Fulfillment-Systemen (CRM und Shopify).
- Zollabfertigung & Compliance: Bearbeitung aller zollrelevanten Dokumente und Prozesse für internationale Sendungen.
- KPI- & System-Reporting: Überwachung von Leistungskennzahlen und Erstellung monatlicher Berichte zur Optimierung der Prozesse.
**Sekundäre Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Einzelhandels-Support: Unterstützung bei der Integration neuer Einzelhändler in unsere Systeme.
- Amazon Plattform-Support: Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Amazon-Verkäufer, um rechtzeitige Sendungen und schnelle Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sicherzustellen.
- Systemoptimierung: Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Teams zur Verbesserung der eCommerce-Integrationen und CRM-Tools.
**Fähigkeiten & Qualifikationen:
- Erfahrung mit globaler Logistik und eCommerce-Plattformen (Shopify, Amazon).
- Kenntnisse in Fulfillment, Systemintegration und Bestellabwicklung.
- Erfahrung mit Zollabfertigung und internationalen Versandvorschriften.
- Analyse- und Reporting-Kenntnisse, fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen.

Job Overview:
As the Operations Coordinator, you’ll manage logistics and fulfillment while playing a key role in supporting Toddlekind’s growing eCommerce operations, including Shopify and other platforms. This position will oversee global logistics, order processing, customs, and supplier management, ensuring smooth and efficient order fulfillment for our online stores. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including warehouses, logistics partners, and the accounting team, and will drive the optimization of our eCommerce and fulfillment systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
- eCommerce & Fulfillment Systems Management: Oversee fulfillment operations across eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon), ensuring seamless order processing, from integration to shipment.
- Global Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics for EU and international shipments, collaborating with freight forwarders to ensure cost-effective, timely delivery.
- Systems Integration: Ensure proper synchronization of inventory, order management, and fulfillment systems (including CRM and Shopify), working with IT and warehouse teams.
- Customs and Compliance: Handle all customs-related documentation and procedures for international orders to ensure compliance and timely clearance.
- KPI & Systems Reporting: Track key performance indicators related to fulfillment times, system efficiency, and order accuracy. Develop monthly reports and recommend improvements for performance optimization.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Retailer Support: Assist in onboarding new retailers and integrating them into our system platforms.
- Amazon Platform Support: Coordinate with our Amazon seller to ensure orders are dispatched on time, and resolve any customer inquiries.
- Systems Optimization: Work closely with IT teams to identify areas for improvement in eCommerce system integrations, CRM tools, and reporting functionalities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with global logistics and eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon).
- Strong background in fulfillment, systems integration, and order processing.
- Solid understanding of customs processes and compliance regulations for international shipping.
- Data analysis and reporting expertise, with advanced skills in Excel and experience with CRM platforms.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
