Portfolio Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

As Portfolio Manager at myneva, you will play a central role in the strategic development and management of our product portfolio for the European market in the areas of elderly care, child and youth welfare and disability care. You will work closely with our CPO and play a key role in continuously improving our software solutions and adapting them to the needs of social organisations.
Your task:

  • Responsibility for the strategic direction and further development of the entire myneva product portfolio.
  • Working closely with the CPO to develop and implement innovative product ideas.
  • Analysing the market and the competitive situation to identify market opportunities and optimally position our portfolio.
  • Joint definition of product roadmaps and strategies with the product owners of the individual products, taking into account customer needs and market conditions.
  • Ensuring the profitability and growth of the products through targeted portfolio management.
  • Continuously evaluating performance and conducting market analyses to identify trends and opportunities.

Your profile

  • Degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science or comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in product management or portfolio management, ideally in the SAAS sector.
  • Sound understanding of the needs of social organisations and experience in dealing with complex software solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability to develop complex market and product strategies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders as well as external customers and partners.
  • Independent, proactive approach to work and high level of initiative to take ownership to achieve set goals.
  • Willingness to travel (at least 1 x per month)
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
