Your Tasks

• Manage digital transformation and change process across functions for the sustainable andsuccessful development of the organization
• Facilitate management team to create vision and targets for digital transformation
• Analyse business process and derive digital optimization potential in close cooperation withexperts in growth lines
• Implement Digi roadmap based on thorough analysis of current state and engage withstakeholders to ensure the delivery
• Ongoing support and/or ad hoc support in the event of delivery/service problems at theinterfaces between the front and back office, e.g. by processing inquiries from fundaccounting and asset management and external service providers
• Encourage innovative and digital ideation with agile working frameworks
• Support digital competency development including train employees on new tools andmethods
• As part of the Business Support team also take over Business Support related tasks if needed

Your Skills

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree or a comparable qualification with several years of practicalexperience
• Fluency in written and spoken English and German
• professional experience in operational functions or process organizations in comparableindustries, with a deep understanding of end-to-end processes (ideally including master datagovernance)
• Combination of strategic and operational awareness in quality management
• In-depth and practical experience with project management and successful changemanagement
• Detailed knowledge of end-to-end processes and related functions within the value chain(understanding of the big picture, out-of-the-box mentality and cross-disciplinary thinking)
• Experience in the fund accounting and/or asset management industry
• Experiience in the work with SimCorp Dimension
