Product Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

We're looking for...

... a detail-oriented and experienced Product Compliance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products comply with relevant regulations, standards, and certifications. We are seeking someone with a strong understanding of compliance requirements in the technology and electronics industries.

• Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure products meet all regulatory requirements
• Monitor changes in regulations and standards, and update compliance processes accordingly
• Conduct product testing and certification processes, coordinating with third-party testing labs as needed
• Maintain documentation and records related to product compliance
• Collaborate with product development, quality assurance, and legal teams to address compliance issues
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance-related matters
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and certification organizations
• Conduct internal audits to ensure ongoing compliance with regulations and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Product Compliance Manager or similar role in the technology or electronics industry
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, standards, and certifications (e.g., CE, RoHS, REACH, FCC)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
