Tasks

• Define, communicate and execute an aligned product vision, strategy and marketing
• Manage product profitability, quality, and roadmap
• Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitors abilities and execute actions for improvements
• Collaborate with international stakeholders for continuous product development and increased revenue generation
• Continuously improve door-to-door airfreight processes and systems based on a stringent KPIs metric
• Drive Standardization, digitization and innovation
• Monitor performance, gather stakeholder feedback and make data-driven decisions in support of Network teams and BUs
• Implement Data Driven Tradelane concepts together with the Network Team
• Shape an efficient, high-performing global airfreight organization with relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor degree with 5 years of experience, Master degree with 3 years, or extensive relevant work experience
• Freight forwarding and product management expertise
• Strong conceptional, organizational, analytical and communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to influence and work in a matrix setup
• Proven ability to data-driven decision making
• Excellent verbal and written English and German skills
• Business Travel required
