Tasks
- Define, communicate and execute an aligned product vision and strategy including marketing the product
- Manage product profitability, quality, and roadmap globally
- Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitors abilities and derive/execute actions for improvement
- Collaborate with international stakeholders for continuous product development and revenue generation
- Continuously improve door2door product processes and systems based on a stringent KPIs metric
- Drive Standardization, digitalization and innovation
- Monitor performance, gather stakeholder feedback, and make data-driven decisions in support of Network and Customer Service teams
- Shape an efficient, high-performing rail&orad organization together with our Business Units and Regions
- Transormation into a CO2 free door to door product

Requirements
- Bachelor degree with 5 years of experience, Master degree with 3 years, or extensive relevant work experience.
- Freight forwarding and procuct management expertise
- Strong conceptional, organizational, analytical and communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong ability to influence and work in a matrix setup
- Proven ability to data-driven decision making
- Proven ability for data-driven decision making
- Excellent verbal and written English and German skills
- Business Travel required
