Ihre Aufgabe

Conduct high-impact, original research in data science, statistical/machine learning, or related fields, with applications to business problems and secure external funding to support research initiatives.
Develop and deliver courses in machine learning, statistical learning, and related areas at the undergraduate, graduate, and executive education levels.
Mentor and advise students, guiding them in academic and career development.
Participate in departmental service and administrative tasks as required and engage with the business community to foster partnerships and collaborations.

Ihr Profil

A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, or related fields.
A strong record of scholarly achievement, including publications in top-tier field journals. Experience in securing research funding is highly desirable. Industry experience or collaboration with the business community is a plus.
Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the university level.Expertise in data science methodologies, including machine learning, AI, big data analytics, and statistical learning and modeling. Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as R, Python and SQL (a plus). International applicants are welcome.
