Since 2007 we also offer financial services for automobiles and motorcycles in Spain. Currently approx. 80 associates in Frankfurt/ Main and approx. 40 associates in Barcelona/ Spain take care of the steadily growing number of financed vehicles and leasing contracts.
In 2023, Honda Bank operates the financial services business in 15 European countries through cooperation partners.

Regional Manager Cooperation Markets (m/w/d)

Main tasks / responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving all revenue and profit targets in the responsible cooperation markets
• Negotiation of tender documents with partner banks, insurance companies and other companies
• Main reference partner for the cooperation business in responsible markets
• Establishment of a sales, CRM and business strategy for the responsible market
• Visit dealers regularly also together with partner banks, Honda branches and sales area managers to follow up sales initiatives
• Monitoring of sales reporting/reporting to senior management
• Manage and monitor ongoing relationships with Honda branches in collaborative markets
• Meet customers' financial business requirements and support Honda branches to increase sales
• Set up and conduct regular meetings with all stakeholders according to meeting schedule
• Negotiate products, programs, marketing/sales presence, CRM approach (including CRM statistics and analysis) and rates
• Conduct and oversee pricing analysis for collaborative markets and benchmark against other companies
• Provide high level training to dealers, vendors, administrative and service personnel
• Ensure adequate and regular reporting of business performance and derive conclusions and countermeasures to meet and exceed targets
• Ad hoc projects/ project management

Your profile

• University degree, e.g., economics or finance
• At least 5-8 years of experience in financial services business
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong enthusiasm, drive and self-motivation
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Negotiation skills and good communication skills
• Fluent language skills (English, German and preferably another Western European language)
• Willingness to travel within Europe
