Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- You are part of an international delivery team (approx. 60 people) in the tribe Open Banking.
- As a true leader you support and coach up to 3 Scrum teams to work in a self-organized & agile way
- Plan and facilitate the agile ceremonies for the team
- Work closely together with the Product Owner to ensure the Product Backlog is constantly up-to-date, ordered and clear
- Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution in the team and with its collaborators and stakeholders
- Help the Scrum team focus on creating high-value increments
- Teach Scrum theory, practices, rules and values to newcomers
- Drive the continuous improvement of the Scrum process towards a devops way of working

- An experienced Scrum Master
- For you Agility is a passion, not only a framework or process
- Proactive, independent and solution-focus working style
- Open-minded personality, team-player with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Experience with DevOps is a plus
- Experience in Scaled Agile approaches is a plus
- Good English (speaking and writing), German is a plus
