Senior Accounting Officer

We are happy to say that based on our long-term company growth we are looking for a new colleague - Commercial Real Estate Valuer. We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. Responsibilities

• Handle receipts, reminders and support in invoicing.
• Calculate commission
• Prepare reports related to revenue and receipts (update ageing reports, daily receipt reports, cash flow reports).
• System maintenance, testing, enhancement and implementation.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules.
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma and above or Degree holder in Accounting or a related discipline
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in financial accounting or auditing
• Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Well-organised, attentive to detail
• A team player who can work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work under pressure and good time management
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, knowledge of Epicor and Power BI and Copilot an advantage

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Accountant.
