Your tasks and responsibilities:
Define key performance metrics, build reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business, identify areas of weakness, and present improvement recommendations
Drive further the development of our sales dashboard in Salesforce / PowerBI and Microsoft Fabric
Developing Usecases in Salesforce Analytics
Perform analyses across multiple data sets and tools (examples of analyses include deriving bid-no-bid criteria, customer segmentation, etc.)
Drive sales reports and forecast management to ensure sustained, predictable growth across all business units
Orchestrate the design and implementation of new technologies to further drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes
Your expertise:
Experience with quantitative analysis and financial modelling
Ability to translate complex information into easily consumable insights
Fluent in both German and EnglishExperience with Salesforce and PowerBI preferred
