Your path leads you to the Sales department: here, everything revolves around acquiring new customers and developing sustainable business relationships. As a Business Development Manager, you play a key role in driving our growth by entering new markets, creating tailored solutions for our clients, and successfully positioning our portfolio. Together with our partners and stakeholders, you act as a reliable point of contact, keeping both economic and social aspects in mind. Your expertise and commitment make you a central driver of our success, enabling us to open up new business areas.
In this position, you can choose whether you prefer to work in the office, hybrid, or from home.

Your mission

  • Connect the Hyperscaler segment: built strong and impactful relationships
  • Strengthen customer relationships: Align your customers' long-term capacity planning with maincubes' site selection strategy
  • Spot opportunities: Engage directly with customers across different functions to position maincubes services, identify demand signals, and uncover new opportunities
  • Forge partnerships: Build and manage strategic relationships with tech and telco partners that make a real impact
  • Boost brand visibility: Collaborate with Marketing to enhance brand recognition. Your market insights will shape compelling content and drive lead generation
  • Plan strategically: Support the Sales team in strategic account planning for target accounts
  • Be the face of maincubes: Represent us at industry events and trade shows, showcasing your expertise
  • Leverage your network: Use your personal network and partnerships to power up sales efforts
  • Refine strategies: Share competitive and client insights to fine-tune go-to-market strategies
  • Stay on top of the numbers: Deliver accurate reports and forecasts that keep everyone informed

Your profile

  • You bring experience: At least five years of relevant work experience in business development, product management, or strategic sales in the IT/Telco industry-or direct experience in the target segment
  • Your network matters: You have a strong network of relevant contacts in the industry
  • Tech-savvy: You have solid technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, networking, cloud, and high-performance computing (HPC)
  • Market insights: You deeply understand business requirements and market trends in cloud computing, AI, and digital infrastructure
  • Impressive communication: Your networking, communication, and presentation skills shine-whether you're talking to executives or specialists
  • Value-driven: You know how to craft compelling value propositions and back them up with solid business cases
  • Independent and team-oriented: You thrive working on your own but also enjoy being part of a team
  • Results-focused: You’re motivated by achieving goals and can handle uncertainty with ease
  • Languages: You’re fluent in English, and German is a plus
