As a Senior Manager Key Account Aircraft Charter 77F Fleet , you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Identify sales leads and opportunities in the long-haul market with a focus on eCommerce, Express and new business segments
Develop strong relationships with key customers such as forwarders, integrators, online retailers and marketplaces
Develop the capacity/flight network requirements with customers and find schedule solutions with internal interfaces
Design, price and negotiate long-term charter contracts and close multi-year charter deals
Coordinate and communicate topics/processes for the establishment of new (long-term) charter projects with relevant internal and external interfaces
Represent the leading European air cargo brand with partners, at industry fairs or at customer forums

Ihr Profil

You should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor degree (Master degree and/or logistic focus desirable)
3 years or more in: Key account management and/or aircraft/freighter charter contracting (ACMI - aircraft, crew, maintenance, insurance) e.g. at a cargo airline or in capacity procurement/planning at an integrator or eCommerce company
Entrepreneurial attitude, a strong bias for action, and a love for finding solutions and seeking to deliver impactful results
Proven track record of working in cross-functional organizations, accepting responsibility for the commercial success of the business segment while simultaneously providing a best-in-class customer experience
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Authenticity in any cultural setting
Fluent in business English, German skills are beneficial
