Ihr Profil

Preferably, you bring the following qualifications:

• Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification, ideally with A-levels and relevant further training
• At least 5 years of management experience, preferably in a related field
• Experience in the aviation industry or freight logistics
• Strong team leadership skills, with experience in coaching and motivating employees
• Excellent prioritization and decision-making abilities
• Results-driven, with cross-functional thinking and exceptional planning and organizational skills
• Assertive, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High flexibility, initiative, and efficient work style
• Willingness to work shifts
• Proficient in modern office communication tools and fluent in both German and English
