Solution Architect / Technical Delivery Lead for Microsoft 365 (m/f/d)

We are the Microsoft 365 Collaboration team and responsible for Architecture and Engineering work related to all M365 workloads.

In your new role as Solution Architect / Technical Delivery Lead for Microsoft 365 (m/f/d) you will be the primary point of contact and solution architect for all Microsoft 365 services and workloads across the tenant.

Your assignments

• Global Ownership as Collaboration Technical SME Lead in a highly complex environment, including virtual international teams, 3rd party resources and working across a wide range of projects
• Work on all MnA and Divestiture O365 projects
• Work with different entities within the Fresenius Group to integrate the whole Collaboration setup and O365 area
• Actively lead and participate in all such large global projects and workshops and be a SPOC as Technical SME, Solution Architect and Solution approver for Collaboration Tower
• Taking the Collaboration Tower to next generation with cutting edge innovation
• Operational oversight and vendor management to cover 24X7 operations
• Lead Program Governance, Transition and Transformation activities with 3rd party suppliers
• Initiate and govern Go-NoGo meetings, checklists and handover to support
• Owning contractual SLAs/Credits/CSAT/KPI’s

Your profile

• Ideally a successful completed degree with a strong emphasis on IT
• High experience in a process or given field of IT/Collaboration/O365/Exchange/EVS/VC/MS Graph/TEAMs/Contact Center/UC /PBX/SIP
• Understanding of high level and low level M365 architecture
• Nice to have: Expertise in Azure Cloud Computing and Networking
• Proven track record in functional management and leadership incl. mentoring
• Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and easy to understand manner
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Very good communications and presentation skills
