Your mission
- Lead and prioritize tasks for the Electronics Team to drive fast-paced project execution.
- Foster team efficiency through skill development and flexible resource management.
- Design and implement scalable electronics architecture that evolves with project needs.
- Set up efficient processes and tools for rapid development, including CAD & PLM systems.
- Manage resources to meet project timelines and adapt to changing demands.
- Mentor the team to encourage innovation, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to ensure timely, quality outcomes.
- Ensure compliance and lead requirements analysis and concept design.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering or communications engineering.
- At least 10 years of experience in electrical hardware development (aerospace preferred).
- Expertise in troubleshooting, design optimizations, and hands-on testing.
- Familiarity with PCB standards (IPC) and regulatory standards (DO-254, DO-160).
- Experience with environmental testing and hardware responsibility.
- Experience in PCBA design, integration, verification, and validation.
