Technical Sales Manager

Key Accountabilities:
1. Develop and manage relationships with domestic customers in various industries.
2. Identify customer requirements and promote the products that match them.
3. Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring optimal product performance.
4. Collaborate with internal global teams, including production and R&D, to address customer needs and deliver solutions.
5. Follow up sales related activities, including but not limited to quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, delivery, cash collection, customer complaints, etc.
6. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
7. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
8. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
9. Have meeting with HQ in Germany from time to time.
Experience:
1. At least 3 years of experience in technical B2B sales
2. Graphite/chemical business related will be a plus.
3. Multinational company working experience will be a plus

Skills

1. Understanding of carbon-graphite materials or similar industrial products
2. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
4. Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
5. Willingness to travel domestically for client visits
