Training Designer Human Factors Academy (m/f/diverse)

In this position, you will be responsible for the conception and creation of training content. You will also work with the entire team to ensure the operational presentation of all HFA training courses. Your specific tasks will include:

• Designing and developing training formats and associated training material based on pre-defined concept ideas for various HFA products and customers
• Didactically and visually appealing preparation of content and transfer to selected training formats (Power Point, Rise 360, video, podcast)
• Coordinating content with the Human Factors Academy and Sales Manager and attending customer meetings
• Professional training of internal & external trainers / freelancers (train the trainer)
• Visiting customers and deriving measures for training
• Identificating new training and competence fields as well as new media and tools

Ihr Profil

• Completed (technical) university degree in psychology/education or comparable
• Experience in the creation of training content and materials
• Very good knowledge of German and stylistically confident in dealing with text and visual material
• Very good MS Office skills and confident in using digital tools
• Strong willingness to familiarize yourself with new learning technologies (e.g. Adobe, Rise360, Canva, Simple Show)
• High level of commitment and initiative, enjoy working independently
• Strong team orientation, empathy, creativity and solution-oriented way of working
• Experience in project management, as well as experience in the areas of CRM/aviation training and/or medicine desirable
