Tasks

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join us in contributing to the growth of a dynamic and vibrant business!

• Assist with recruitment activities and take ownership of the (pre-) onboarding process to ensure a smooth experience for new employees.
• Document HR processes and maintain the heyworld employee handbook, ensuring it stays up to date.
• Support in the administration of the HR - and employee self-service tool, ensuring accurate data maintenance and user support.
• Oversee office management tasks and initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.
• Plan and execute internal company events and other key meetings to promote collaboration and engagement.
• Monitor deadlines for mandatory trainings and employment-related documents (e.g., Visa), ensuring timely follow-ups.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master´s / MBA degree
• Open-minded
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in German (C1) and English (B2)
