Your Impact

• You are responsible for pulling reports for our clients
• You are answering and working on Emails from travel agencies around the world and process requests. Here you can also take on initial tasks in the GDS (Global Distribution System) of the airline industry.
• You work with our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool

About You

• You are interested in the tourism industry and aviation ad would like to put your theoretical knowledge from your studies into practice
• You have already worked in MS Office with Excel, Word and PowerPoint and are keen to familiarize yourself with new software such as GDS and CRM
• Your way of working is characterized by good self-organization, initiative and customer orientation
• You want to learn more about the aviation industry and would like to be part of an international team
• With your English skills you can easily participate in conversations, any other language is also a plus

About Your Team

At Agency Distribution, we are a well-coordinated team with clear processes and responsibilities. Through our weekly Inside Sales team meetings and ad hoc discussions, we are in close contact with each other, with the sales team in Germany and abroad. We speak German/English within the team and resolve our customers' concerns in English, Spanish and French, among others. We work together remotely worldwide, our local colleagues usually meet 3 times a week in the office. Here we share a common office and use quiet focus workstations if necessary. At our monthly cooking evenings, we travel the world in culinary terms.

Das bewegst Du bei uns

• Du bist für die Erstellung unterschiedlicher Reports für unsere Kunden verantwortlich
• Du antwortest und bearbeitest Email Anfragen von Reisebüros weltweit und bearbeitest Anfragen und kannst erste Aufgaben im GDS (Global Distribution System) der Airline Branche übernehmen.
• Du arbeitest mit unserem CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Tool

Das bringst Du mit

• Du interessierst dich für die Tourismusbranche und die Luftfahrt und möchtest dein theoretisches Wissen aus dem Studium in der Praxis einsetzen
• Du hast bereits in MS Office mit Excel, Word und PowerPoint gearbeitet und hast Lust dich in neue Software wie GDS und CRM einzuarbeiten
• Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch eine gute Selbstorganisation, Eigeninitiative und Kundenorientierung aus
• Du möchtest mehr über die Luftfahrtbranche erfahren und möchtest dich in einem internationalem Team einbringen.
• Mit deinem Englisch kannst du problemlos an Gesprächen teilnehmen, jede andere Fremdsprache ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt

In unserer Abteilung „Agency Distribution“ sind wir ein eingespieltes Team mit klaren Prozessen und Verantwortlichkeiten. Durch unsere wöchentlichen Inside Sales Teammeetings sowie bei ad-hoc Fragen stehen wir in engem Austausch miteinander und mit dem Sales Team in Deutschland und im Ausland. Teamintern sprechen wir Deutsch / Englisch, die Anliegen unserer Kunden lösen wir auf Englisch, Spanisch und Französisch, u.a.. Wir arbeiten weltweit remote zusammen, unsere Kollegen vor Ort treffen sich meist 3x die Woche im Büro. Hier teilen wir uns ein gemeinsames Büro und nutzen bei Bedarf ruhige Fokusarbeitsplätze. Bei unseren monatlichen Kochabenden reisen wir kulinarisch um die Welt.
